3.2 Data Relating to Minors
Because Children’s Garden serves children aged 3 to 9 years, some data processed relates to minors as defined under the Children’s Act, 2013 (any person under 18).
- We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. All data relating to students is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
- If you submit photographs or information about a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained explicit consent from the parent or legal guardian.
- We will not publish photographs of minors without submission having been made by, or with explicit consent of, a parent or legal guardian.

9. Your Rights
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation we may have
to retain it. - Withdrawal of consent: If you have submitted an alumni story and consented to its publication,
you may withdraw that consent at any time. We will remove the story within 14 working days. - Objection: Object to the use of your data for any purpose.

10. Children’s Privacy — Special Notice
- We do not market to children directly.
- All admission enquiries and alumni submissions are handled by parents or legal guardians.
- Photographs of students published on our Website are submitted by parents or guardians
who confirm they hold the right to share those images. - If a parent or guardian wishes to have a photograph of their child removed at any time, we will
action that request within 7 working days at no charge and without requiring justification. - We will never sell, licence, or share photographs of children to any commercial entity for any
purpose.

Our Website contains links to external websites and third-party services. Once you leave our Website, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites and encourage you to read their privacy policies.
