Mrs. Shamima Sultana brings over two decades of dedicated experience in education to her role at Children’s Garden. A passionate educator and administrator, she has built her career across some of Dhaka’s reputable institutions, steadily rising to become a respected school leader.

She began her teaching journey at St. Gregory’s High School & College, then served as Junior Teacher and Coordinator at Bangladesh International School and College (BISC) for over five years. Prior to joining Children’s Garden, she spent over nine years as Vice Principal at European Standard School, overseeing academic and administrative operations while developing her leadership and problem-solving skills.

Mrs. Sultana holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, and her bilingual proficiency in Bengali and English aligns perfectly with Children’s Garden’s mixed-medium mission.

She joined Children’s Garden in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds through modern teaching methods that support every child’s growth — academically, socially, and creatively.
